How reserving a Honeybrook puppy works, and exactly what happens if you change your mind.
Puppy Reservation
A $350 fully refundable reservation deposit completes the reservation of a puppy.
Visiting Your Puppy
In-person visits are scheduled for families who have completed payment for their puppy or placed a $350 fully refundable reservation deposit, so our young puppies keep a calm routine and each family gets dedicated time.

The $350 reservation deposit reserves one specific puppy for your family, so that puppy is no longer offered to anyone else. The deposit is applied toward that puppy's price, so it is part of the purchase rather than an extra fee.
Fully refundable
The deposit is fully refundable. If you meet the puppy and feel they are not the right fit for your family, or your circumstances change before pickup, text us and we will refund it. We would much rather a puppy go to the right home than hold a family to a decision they are no longer comfortable with.
If a puppy becomes unavailable
Puppies are living animals, and occasionally something changes — a health concern identified by a veterinarian, or a puppy who is not ready to go home on schedule. If a puppy you reserved becomes unavailable for any reason, you may either transfer your deposit to another available puppy or receive a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Payment arrangements
Deposit and payment arrangements, including timing of the remaining balance, are confirmed with you directly by text before any money changes hands. Nothing is requested until you have had your questions answered.
