How reserving a Honeybrook puppy works, and exactly what happens if you change your mind.
Option 1 — Reserve a Puppy
$400 Puppy Reservation Deposit
A $400 fully refundable reservation deposit reserves the specific puppy you have chosen. The deposit is applied toward the puppy's total adoption fee and is not an additional charge. If you meet the puppy and decide they are not the right fit for your family, the $400 reservation deposit is fully refundable.
Option 2 — Visit First
$250 Visit Commitment Deposit
Want to meet a puppy before making your decision? A $250 Visit Commitment Deposit is required to book an in-person appointment. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours before the intended visiting day. This deposit is applied toward the puppy's total adoption fee if you proceed with adoption.

It is applied toward the puppy's total adoption fee and is not an additional charge, and it is fully refundable. We are glad to walk through the remaining details with you by text. You do not pay both deposits — the $250 Visit Commitment Deposit is only for booking an in-person visit.

Both deposits are fully refundable. If you meet the puppy and feel they are not the right fit for your family, or your circumstances change before pickup, text us and we will refund it. We would much rather a puppy go to the right home than hold a family to a decision they are no longer comfortable with.

If a puppy becomes unavailable
Puppies are living animals, and occasionally something changes — a health concern identified by a veterinarian, or a puppy who is not ready to go home on schedule. If a puppy you reserved becomes unavailable for any reason, you may either transfer your deposit to another available puppy or receive a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Payment arrangements
Deposit and payment arrangements, including timing of the remaining balance, are confirmed with you directly by text before any money changes hands. Nothing is requested until you have had your questions answered.
