The health, comfort, and well-being of our puppies are always a priority. To help maintain a calm environment for our young puppies, in-person visits are scheduled for families who have either completed payment for their puppy or placed a $350 fully refundable reservation deposit.
This allows us to limit unnecessary traffic, protect the puppies' routine, and give each visiting family dedicated time to meet and interact with their puppy.
We understand that choosing a new companion is an important decision. If you meet the puppy and decide that the puppy is not the right fit for your family, your $350 reservation deposit is fully refundable.

Once your puppy is reserved or paid for, text us and we will agree on a time that works for both of us. We schedule one family at a time so your visit is unhurried and the puppies keep their normal routine.
Plan for a calm, low-key visit: quiet voices, gentle handling, and short play so your puppy does not become overtired. Young puppies sleep a great deal, and a relaxed puppy shows you far more of their real personality than an overstimulated one. Children are welcome with close supervision.
If something comes up, text us and we will find another time. And if, after meeting the puppy, you decide they are not the right fit for your family, your $350 reservation deposit is fully refundable — that is exactly why the visit happens before you commit.
