Visiting Your Puppy
The health, comfort, and well-being of our puppies always come first. Visits are by appointment only, and we schedule one family at a time so the puppies keep a calm routine and every visiting family gets unhurried time together.
A $250 Visit Commitment Deposit is required to book an in-person appointment. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours before the intended visiting day.
If you proceed with adoption, the $250 Visit Commitment Deposit is applied toward the puppy's total adoption fee. It is not an additional charge, and it is fully refundable if you decide the puppy is not the right fit for your family.
Our goal is to make the experience comfortable, transparent, and pressure-free, so you can make the decision that feels right for your family.
Option 1 — Reserve a Puppy
$400 Puppy Reservation Deposit
A $400 fully refundable reservation deposit reserves the specific puppy you have chosen. The deposit is applied toward the puppy's total adoption fee and is not an additional charge. If you meet the puppy and decide they are not the right fit for your family, the $400 reservation deposit is fully refundable.
Option 2 — Visit First
$250 Visit Commitment Deposit
Want to meet a puppy before making your decision? A $250 Visit Commitment Deposit is required to book an in-person appointment. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours before the intended visiting day. This deposit is applied toward the puppy's total adoption fee if you proceed with adoption.

Scheduling Your Visit
Text us and we will agree on a time that works for both of us. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours before the intended visiting day, and we schedule one family at a time so your visit is unhurried and the puppies keep their normal routine.
Plan for a calm, low-key visit: quiet voices, gentle handling, and short play so your puppy does not become overtired. Young puppies sleep a great deal, and a relaxed puppy shows you far more of their real personality than an overstimulated one. Children are welcome with close supervision.
If something comes up, text us and we will find another time. And if, after meeting the puppy, you decide they are not the right fit for your family, the $250 Visit Commitment Deposit is fully refundable — that is exactly why the visit happens before you commit.
